Tax Exemption

Sales tax applies to all orders placed in the United States. If you are a reseller with valid resellers permit please check the box below and upload your resale certificate(s) under the Verifying Documents section of the application.

For Canadian customers, PST will automatically apply for orders shipped to British Columbia, Saskatchewan, or Manitoba. To waive PST on qualifying orders in any of these provinces, please upload your provincial sales tax documentation under the Verifying Documents section of the application.

Verifying Documents

Please upload one or more of the following credentials to verify your business:  

  • Valid membership in a major design organization (e. g. ASID, AIA)  

  • Interior design certification (e. g. NCIDQ, CCIDC) 

  • Valid Business License or EIN  

  • Resale Certificate(s) 

    • Valid certificates are mandatory for each state where you are seeking tax exemption (U. S. only). 

    • Please note, resale certificates must be accompanied by an additional document or website reference for approval.  

Please ensure you have provided a website and/or Instagram reference in the "Company Information" section above, as these are also used to qualify your application.

Where did you first hear about Parachute?

By accepting membership to the Trade Program, you agree that you will purchase merchandise for the sole purpose of conducting business with your clients, and that you will not resell merchandise through retail stores, the internet, printed materials, or any other means.

By accepting membership to the Trade Program, you agree to receive emails related to the Trade Program, including emails about products and insider events, at the email address(es) provided. If you no longer want to receive these emails, you may opt out at any time.

Trade Program membership is not transferable. Access to discount or exclusive pricing is not transferable to clients, purchasing agents or any third party.

The Trade Program discount cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion. The discount does not apply to purchases of gift cards, Parachute brand products, shipping and processing fees, surcharges or taxes, and is not redeemable for cash. Certain products may be excluded from the Trade Program discount, at Parachute's discretion.

All images, copy and designs featured on Parachute's website and in Parachute catalogs are the property of Parachute and may not be used by you without Parachute's prior consent.

Membership in the Trade Program may be denied or terminated at any time, with or without cause, at Parachute’s sole discretion.

You may withdraw from the Trade Program at any time by sending an email to trade@parachutehome.com.
