Only the original purchaser will be able to make warranty claims. This Limited Warranty is non-transferrable.

BEDDING AND BATH

Parachute Home Inc. guarantees bedding and bath products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 YEAR FROM DATE OF PURCHASE IN ACCORDANCE WITH PROPER CARE AS OUTLINED BELOW.

PROPER CARE, as outlined on Parachute’s care page, is required to maintain your warranty.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER: (a) change in comfort preference over time, (b) product that is not cleaned in accordance with the product’s care label instructions, or (c) damage resulting from abuse or improper care, or normal wear and tear. Proof of purchase is required to validate warranty. 

If your product qualifies for the warranty, Parachute will replace the product with the same or a similar product or provide a refund at its discretion.

LINEN BEDDING

Parachute Home Inc. guarantees linen bedding be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 2 YEARS FROM DATE OF PURCHASE IN ACCORDANCE WITH PROPER CARE AS OUTLINED BELOW.
