After thousands of emails, DM’s and in-store visits from customers asking where the newest bed frame in our catalog or social post was from, we decided it was time to offer our own unique take on bedroom furniture. Introducing our first line of bed frames – designed with our loyal customers in mind – to complete the Parachute sleep experience from feathers to frame. We believe that a good piece of furniture is something you climb inside, live comfortably with and keep forever. We sat down with our Chief Creative Officer, Amy Hoban to learn more about the collection inspired by the magical beauty of our home state of California. Join Amy as she takes us from the curves of Laurel Canyon to the dunes of the Mojave to discover a softer take on furniture.
Tell us more about the three bed frame styles being offered?
Amy Hoban, Chief Creative Officer:Our Canyon Bed Frame was inspired by the winding curves of Laurel Canyon, this frame’s silhouette hugs the entire bed while its cozy upholstery provides a soft place to land at the end of each day. Our Dune frame is really versatile! It has a split back with really clean lines. Makes you want to linger is bed a little longer. Lastly, our Horizon Bed Frame is reminiscent of the sunrise over Venice Beach. This style features soft curves, simple lines and a very comfortable design.

Amy:Each piece is handmade in the U.S. using top quality materials. Our bed frames are made with fully padded hardwood frames, reinforced joinery and tailored upholstery. These are pieces that are built to last. Beautiful and functional for a great night of rest.
