What better way to greet the summer heat than a refreshingly sweet cocktail? This season, we’re in love with this sweet and summery Strawberry-Basil Moscow Mule. Just add strawberry and lime for sweetness, mix in ginger beer to keep it oh so fresh and vodka to keep the party going. INGREDIENTS
4 c. ice
4 c. ginger beer
3 c. vodka
1 c. freshly squeezed lime juice
1 c. basil leaves
16 oz. strawberries
1-2 limes, sliced for garnish
STEPS
Add strawberries & basil into a large bowl
Muddle until strawberries are smooshed but not pulverized
Transfer muddled ingredients to a pitcher
Add freshly squeezed lime juice, vodka & your favorite ginger beer
Fill the rest of the pitcher up with ice
Ladle/pour into glasses or copper mugs and garnish with a sliced lime
