What is your trade discount?

We offer a competitive discount for eligible retail products. The following products are excluded from discounting:

  • Third-party merchandise
  • Pre-discounted bundles (e.g. Bath Bundles)
  • Gift cards

The Parachute Trade discount cannot be combined with any other offer and does not apply to tax and shipping costs.

Who qualifies to join your Trade program?

Our Trade program is available to design professionals for their respective services and projects. In order to qualify, you must verify your business with the proper credentials during the application process. 

Please note, we do not offer Trade approval for retail or ecommerce businesses who are interested in wholesaling our products. 

What credentials do I need to apply to the Trade program?

You will need to submit one or more of the following during the application process:

  • Valid membership in a major design organization (e.g. ASID, AIA)
  • Design certification (e.g. NCIDQ, CCIDC)
  • Valid Business License, EIN, or Resale Certificate
  • Website and/or Instagram reference
How do I apply for a Trade account?

Click here to complete our trade application. You will receive notification of your membership status within two business days.

Does your Trade program offer tax exemption?

Sales tax will automatically apply for orders shipped to Alabama, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, Washington and Wisconsin. Sales tax rates vary by state and are subject to change.

To waive sales tax on qualifying orders in any of these states, please upload your resale certificate(s) under the "Verifying Documents” section of the application.

How do I log in to my Trade account?
How do I place a Trade order?

Once you activate your account, simply sign in to shop and place your Trade order on our website. The Trade discount will be automatically applied to eligible retail products at checkout.

Is my Trade discount available in store?

Yes, please verify your membership with one of our store associates.

Do you offer fabric swatches?

Yes, we offer complimentary fabric swatches. Swatches can be ordered through our website, or by emailing trade@parachutehome.com. We do not offer full-sized samples of our product.

Who is eligible to be a Hospitality partner?

Our Hospitality Program is available to hotel managers, design professionals and business owners who would like to partner with us to enhance their guests’ experience.

This program is intended for bulk fulfillment only and subject to order minimums. In order to qualify and meet our bulk requirements, we ask that projects have at least 12 rooms per accommodation and short-term stay projects have at least 10 properties in their portfolio. Unfortunately we are unable to offer access to vacation rental owners with fewer than 10 properties at this time.

What is the difference between the Trade and Hospitality Program?

Our Trade Program offers our retail line at a competitive discount and is best suited for residential interior design projects and smaller hospitality accommodations (5-12 rooms). 

Our Hospitality Program is suited for larger hospitality or commercial projects (12+ rooms) and offers access to both our hospitality-grade collection and retail line at special pricing.

What is the lead time for Hospitality orders?

Our lead times are subject to inventory availability. All in-stock orders are expected to arrive within 5-10 business days from the time of order confirmation, depending on the size and destination of the shipment.

Please anticipate a 90-170 day lead time for any large quantity orders if we are unable to fulfill with on-hand stock.

Can Hospitality partners purchase retail product for their properties?

Yes, hospitality partners can purchase items from our retail line for their projects. All hospitality orders for retail products are subject to order minimums and bulk fulfillment. For large quantity requests, we may require a 12-16 week lead time.

Please note, our retail products are specifically designed for residential use and have not been tested per commercial standards.
