Shipping policy

Where we ship
We ship within the US, including Alaska and Hawaii, and to Canada. We can’t ship to APO/DPO/FPO addresses.

Standard shipping
Free on all US orders, with no minimum. Orders ship via UPS Ground, or USPS for PO Box addresses.

Faster shipping
15% of the order total, with a $40 minimum. Your delivery estimate is shown at checkout. Faster shipping isn’t available during peak periods or for mattresses.

Processing
Orders placed by 12pm ET ship the same day.

Eco Mattress
Ships via UPS Oversized Ground. Mattresses can’t ship to PO Boxes or Canada. Delivery takes 3–15 days depending on region.

Tracking and delivery issues
Track your order at parachutehome.com/track-your-order. Please report any delivery issue to Customer Experience within 30 days.

Address changes
Contact Customer Experience within 30 minutes of placing your order, Monday–Friday, 7:00am–4:00pm PT.
