got the standard medium density down pillow. lovely quality but found it a bit too puffy and not as malleable as i wished. it's vey well made and i'm sure would delight anyone who wants a loftier medium-fill pillow. customer service was seamless.

These towels are soft yet absorbent and I find they dry you much more quickly than the towelling ones. One fault though is that you have to be careful of the thin bits as its easy to pierce a hole.
