Down + Down Alternative Warranty

Pillows, Mattress Pads, Feather Beds

Down Decor guarantees pillows, mattress pads, and feather beds to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 3 years in accordance with proper care as outlined below.

Proper care, including the use of a duvet cover with your insert, a pillow protector with your pillow, or a feather bed protector with your feather bed, as the case may be, is required to maintain your warranty.

Please note that this warranty does not cover: (a) reduction in loft of filling material over time, (b) product that is not cleaned in accordance with Down Decor’s care label instructions, or (c) product that is used without a protective covering. Damage resulting from abuse or improper care, or normal wear and tear. Items must be free of stains,  labels must NOT be removed. Proof of purchase is required to validate warranty. 

Mattress pads only: The warranty only covers the sleeping surface of the mattress pad, and not the sides. 

Duvet Inserts 

Down Decor guarantees inserts be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 5 years in accordance with proper care as outlined below.

Proper care, including the use of a duvet cover with your insert, a pillow protector with your pillow, or a feather bed protector with your feather bed, as the case may be, is required to maintain your warranty.
