Where is same-day delivery available?
Same-day delivery is available in parts of Los Angeles and New York. Review the map below or type in your zip code during checkout to see if your address is within range.

By when do I need to order to get same-day delivery?
Place your order by 3:30pm local time to ensure your order will be delivered by 7:00pm.

When will I get my same-day order?
You can expect your same-day order to be delivered to your door by 7:00pm.

How much does same-day delivery cost?
Same-day delivery is $25.

Which payments do you accept for same-day orders?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, PayPal.

How do I cancel my same-day order?
You may cancel your order before 3:30pm local time. Contact Customer Experience to initiate a cancellation. Cancellations are not guaranteed and can only be made during business hours Monday – Friday, 8:00am PST – 3:30pm local time. If you are unable to process a cancellation in time, you can initiate a return once you receive your order.

How can I return my same-day order?
Contact Customer Experience to initiate a return. If you prefer to return your item by mail, we will email you a return label. Attach the label to your package and drop at the nearest USPS. You may also return your item to your local Parachute retail store.

When will I receive my refund?
Please allow 10 to 14 business days for your return to process. We will send an email once the item(s) have been received and the refund has been initiated. From this date, the full refund amount will appear back in the original account within 5 to 7 business days. If you send your item(s) back outside the 60 day return window, we reserve the right to refuse your return.

What if I need to modify my same-day order?
You may make modifications to your order before 3:30pm local time. Contact Customer Experience to initiate a modification. Order changes are not guaranteed and can only be made during business hours Monday – Friday, 8:00am PST – 3:30pm local time. If changes cannot be made, you can contact Customer Experience to initiate a return.

What’s the status of my same-day order?
You will receive an order tracking email with a link that allows you to track your delivery in real time through Deliv. Click the link to follow your Deliv driver and see when your package is delivered.

How will I know when my package is at my delivery location?
Your package will be delivered by a Deliv driver. They will call you when they are a few minutes from the address. When they arrive, they will ring the doorbell. If you are not there, they will leave your package at your address.

What if my package arrives damaged or does not get delivered?
Contact Customer Experience. Please take a photo of the damaged item upon receipt.

Can I use discount codes and / or gift cards with my same-day order?
Our same-day items are not eligible for discounts or gift cards.
