  • What forms of payment do you accept in stores?

    We accept credit cards, debit cards and Parachute gift cards. We cannot accept cash, checks or American Express gift cards. Please note: Our stores are paperless, all receipts are emailed.

  • Do your stores have discounts or sales?

    As a direct-to-consumer brand, we cut out licensing and distribution fees to make our premium quality home essentials as accessibly priced as possible. We typically have one major holiday sale per year around Cyber Monday, though we occasionally hold special sales to celebrate in-store events or new seasons.

  • Can I use an online discount code in stores?

    You may use discount codes in stores, unless the promotion states otherwise.

  • Do you carry all of your online items in stores?

    Our stores stock almost all of our online items. Certain stores only carry limited quantities of our down and down alternative products, so please call ahead to confirm availability. Currently our stores do not carry our Handmade Wood Bed Frame or twin-sized bedding. Our store associates can order anything that is not in stock for you – with free shipping and returns.

  • Can I return something I bought online to a store?

    Yes.

  • Can I return something I bought in store via shipping?

    Yes. You may either ship the item back to the store via your preferred mail carrier or you can contact the store and request one of our store associates to email a shipping label to you. You will be refunded in the total amount of your purchase once the item is received and the return is processed.

  • What is your store return policy?

    If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to accept returns within 90 days. Returns will be refunded in the original method of payment. You must bring back or postmark your items for return within 90 days of purchase to be eligible for a refund.

    Please note we do not accept returns on final sale items, gift cards, fabric swatches, the Handmade Wood Bed Frame or donations to Nothing but Nets.

  • Do your stores offer exchanges?

    We do not generally offer exchanges. We recommend returning your item(s) and placing a new order once your refund is processed to avoid multiple charges on your card.

  • How do I return a gift?

    If you return a gift you received, you will be issued a gift card in the total amount of the gift item(s).

  • Do you offer gift wrapping?

    We have canvas tote bags, tissue paper and cards available for gifts in our store locations.

  • Can I bring my dog into the store?

    Yes, we’re dog-friendly! Bring your pup by for water and treats.
