I have always wanted linen sheets but couldn't justify the price. Also I always use a top sheet in the summer because that's all the weight I want on me. Finally made the jump and so glad I did. Several people mentioned the weight of the sheet being only useful for winter but this is heavenly even now that summer has arrived. It's much softer than I would have guessed and breathes---it's perfect for a light cover. If you're one to worry about wrinkles this may not be a first choice but the quality and comfort make this a number one choice. I will be buying another.
This is my third set of Parachute sheets they only get better with time and I even noticed a difference in my sleep (for the better). Literally the BEST sheets I've started gifting them to friends and family. You can't go wrong with anything from Parachute best brand and value!
BEST sheets ever!!! Wish I would have known about them sooner. They are airy and crisp! I have hot flashes at night and cant sleep. These sheets keep me cool and I just love them!! I sleep through the night now and dont wake up boiling hot anymore. I discovered them from the experts at the good housekeeping institute. They had tested different kinds of sheets and the linen sheets by Parachute were one of the best. I found the article in a Good Housekeeping magazine. Thank you!
This is a super comfortable terry cloth robe. i ordered an XL and it's a bit long in the arms but still great to wrap yourself in it! I have had it only a week so we'll see how it holds up after several washings. Great simple design robe with pockets and soft collar that ensconces you in warm comfort!
LOVE!!! Finally found my perfect down duvet! Size has always been an issue with previous duvets … this one is roomy enough for my extra deep king mattress. Nice amount of hang on both sides. The down is evenly distributed and stays in place … unlike the BB&B one I replaced where most of the down traveled to the perimeters of the comforter. I live in a topical climate with the A/C running at about 74º and the ceiling fan on high. Parachute’s friendly advisor recommended the light weight version which turned out to be just right. So cozy and fluffy … tough to get out of bed the morning.
Linen is my fabric of choice. Thank you for your ads encouraging me to order. The color Blush is a disappointment... there is not a hint of pink unlike the color represented online. None the less I am now wanting to order a Parachute mattress. Great name Parachute. Beautiful sheets. I look forward to bedtime.
I got the lightweight duvet and live in Texas where the summers are hot and the winters mild. I wanted something fluffy to use year-round. I tend to run a bit cold at night but even for me the lightweight duvet was plenty sufficient and actually kept me a little too warm sometimes during the summer months. I was concerned it might not be very fluffy as compared to the all season duvet but it's definitely very fluffy and soft. The lightweight duvet is perfect if you live in a warmer climate and are looking for something that could be used year-round. It's also a bit cheaper to boot.
I have found the holy grail of sheets! I am very picky about 2 things with bedding softness and it can’t make me hot while sleeping. These sheets are just the best. So soft and light right out of the package. I will be buying more! My only suggestion on how these could be better is using a stronger/thicker elastic so the fitted sheet stays in place more especially on the sides.
These towels are much better than the traditional ones. They dry you off much faster than regular towels however it's doesn't feel like it when you are actually toweling off. While you are toweling the thin and super absorbent nature of the towels makes it seem like it's pushing water around it's not only when you pull the towel away and touch your skin that you realize th at you are dry.Does it fell luxurious? No. Does it feel like you are drying faster? No. Does it dry you faster? Yes much faster. As a bonus it too drys faster so you don't get that horrible mouldy smell of a use or two.
I LOVE this blanket. I saw it in the paper catalog and went straight to the website to find it online. It is beautiful and modern and minimalist and complements my California/Mid-century modern aesthetic. Also I wanted the weight of a coverlet to pair with my linen sheets for summertime in VA. I love it with bothy our blush linen and our graphite linen sheet sets. If you are in to this style you must buy it. It is one of a kind and the construction weight and weave are high quality just as you would expect from Parachute.
I wanted to love them so there's that. The advertising drew me in and the sheets and pillowcases deliver on my dreamy hopes! These are easily recognizably high quality -- LUXE. And for some reason I feel they're the sort of of luscious high quality thing we'd find in the home of Sofia Coppola. A kind of hipster luxe thing that only the painfully shy and shimmeringly quietly cool cool kids know about. I love the sheets in white and I kept a set of the blush colored shams because variety and ... need I repeat ... LUXE?! I want these in every shade but i'm rebuilding my life right now so one set at a time. If you're even a tiny bit in doubt trust me; I'm picky and I know a good thing. Enjoy!
I often have a hard time finding a mattress pad that is the right level of padding for comfort and the right fit for my mattress. The Parachute mattress pad covered both! The padding is just right with just enough fluff. It made my bed 100 times more comfortable!
I’ve never owned linen sheets before. I’ve seen some cheaper ones. Some review sites recommended Parachute. I look back at my time on this earth sleeping on cotton sheets and I feel that I wasted years of my life. As long as I can afford it I will sleep on Parachute linen sheets.
The robe quality and softness is awesome. I would rate 5 stars BUT... I ordered a small for my mom. She's 5'4 probably about 120 lbs. It was too small in the front for her. The bottom half from about the crotch down gaped open. So I am returning it for a medium...but before packing it back up I tried the small on for myself. I wear an XS to a S in regular clothes am 5'2 and about 110-112lbs. It gaped open in the front crotch area for me too. Theres a note that says it runs narrow so size up if you like a generous fit. I didn't realize it but I guess I like a generous fit! Definitely size up if you want the front panels to overlap a bit. Otherwise beautiful robe! Perhaps they can think about adding a few extra inches of fabric on both sides of the front panels?
After endlessly shopping for a unicorn I settled on this simple shower curtain. It's made from a very soft cotton and hangs beautifully. The quality is good but I still think it's overpriced for what it is. I probably wouldn't have purchased if I would have been able to find one with the exact blue I was seeking but since the selection of turkish style shower curtains is pretty limited I went for the next best.
I'm obsessed with my new Parachute Home heavy linen throw. It's the perfect weight where it keeps me warm and not hot. It's is much more comfier and cuddly than a wool throw would be. I've been using it on my couch and will probably get another one for my bed.
I picked up the Venice Set and a top sheet and they are very comfortable and breathable as advertised. It makes it almost hard to get out of bed in the morning. The set feels soft and comfy yet crisp and breathable. The duvet cover is so nice the set doesn't really need the top sheet so if you're like me and thought it'd be absurd to get this set and forgo the top sheet I would suggest giving just this set a try and maybe ordering the top sheet later if you miss it that much. Regarding the duvet cover I couldn't find the set of twill ties near the buttons when it first arrived but they were hiding underneath a flap used to hide the duvet insert that was pressed against the top of the cover so just be aware of that.On the concerns of longevity my fitted sheet arrived with a mark on it so I had to exchange it for a new one. The exchange process was very easy and Nico was great and quick at getting me set up with an exchange when I messaged Parachute they even allowed me to keep mine until the new one arrived. When I was packing the fitted sheet for return I realized that it already had developed a very small hole and I had only had it on my bed for a couple days so that was a cause for concern for sure. Overall it seems like a quality product and I've been pleased with my overall experience even with the minor hiccup.
I have purchased pillow waffle robe duvet insert and duvet cover. I am delighted by all of them. The higher quality is noticeable right away. I’m especially pleased by no chemical additives and the manufacture in USA. I will be buying sheets and towels at some point.
This is a beautiful towel set. The only reason I gave it only 4 stars is because the tassels while adding a lovely touch can sling water :sweat_drops: or get in the way when washing or drying. They take some getting used to. As for customer service Parachute is excellent. One of my washcloths had some loose stitches on the side and within 2 days I received a new set of cloths. Thanks Parachute!
Over the years we've made a lot of changes so our house feels more like home and we've been really happy with those changes. Parachute's Percale sheets are in a league of their own. Whether you need to cozy up or cool down or just relax Percale has you covered. So much comfort and joy you'll almost want to bring these sheets with you on vacation. (Also if you don't have Parachute bath mats those are very worthwhile.)
